Shipment
As soon as your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking number and you will be able to track your shipment status all along its journey. The shipping cost will be added to your order at checkout.
The price you see in the product sheet is the final price that must be paid for the item. Additional costs may include shipping fees and local import taxes or duties upon delivery depending on the local policies of your country.
Return
If your order does not meet your expectations or is faulty, you can return it within 14 days of the date of receipt, using the return form available on our website. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
